| Solicitor/Paralegal/ Filex Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 Location: Birmingham My client is a legal 500 firm with a National presence who are looking to strengthen their Workplace Illness Team. The firm are looking for an experienced Solicitor/Paralegal/Filex who has a proven track record in handling and concluding pre and post Noise Induced Hearing Loss cases. Responsibilities: The position will involve handling a demanding caseload of NIHL cases You will be expected to contribute to business development activities alongside other team members Must be well motivated and willing to assist with the continuing development of a growing department Skills: An experienced Solicitor / Paralegal / FILEX who must have a track record of successfully litigating NIHL Claims Possessing the requisite experience to hit the ground running with an existing caseload of litigated and pre litigation cases Excellent client care is essential, as is skilled time management with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines A university degree or equivalent is required for this post. |
