URGENTLY REQUIRED - SENIOR PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK
A vacancy has arisen in the Cardiff area for an experienced Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk. The role is being offered initially on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent for the successful candidate. Reporting into the Operations Director of this busy manufacturing company, you will be required to work within a small accounts team, dealing with the purchase ledger process from complete start to finish. Key responsibilities will include: 1) Match, batching and coding 2) Dealing with supplier queries 3) Statement reconciliations 4) Processing all BACS and cheque runs.
The suitable candidate must have previous experience within a similar role and be able to come in and hit the ground running. You will have previous knowledge of improving the purchase ledger process in order to make the running of this function even more efficient. You will possess strong IT skills and experience of working within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment would be highly advantageous. |
