Our client, a leader in its field is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Account Manager for their offices in central London.

Job Role

Working as a critical part of the European Internal Sales team you will have a varied role focusing largely on new business acquisition, lead generation, marketing and client account management. This role provides key customer contact for promoting and generating new as well as existing business.

The role will require you to:

• Business Development through proactive outbound selling and lead generation
• Process and sell new business leads in all industries and regions
• Develop client relationships with current clients
• Manage referring and reselling dealer/ client relationships
• Work in conjunction with marketing to ensure continuity with leads from new business.
• Provide high level client account management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Key role in European Trade Shows and Sales meetings


The candidate requirements are:

- Must be Native/near-native level English, any other European language an asset.
• Must possess experience of working successfully in inside sales/proactive outbound calling role.
• Must have a discernable preference for working in a sales driven environment.
• Demonstrates a structured and professional approach to managing customers.
• A good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Personable, confident communicator, able to build trust with the customer.
• Motivated to winning new business by working closely with clients to ensure the best service and solution is given.
• Good at working as part of a team, sharing information and keeping in contact regularly with management team.
• Able to ‘think on the spot’ and deal effectively with differing situation with customers.
• Able to manage own day, planning and organising priorities
