| A Civil Engineering and Highways Maintenance Contractor headquartered in the South East have a current requirement for a Quality Manager to take an operational lead on training and support to Process Owners to facilitate review, measurement and improvement of business processes. Collation and presentation of key process indicators and results. This role will report to the Business Improvement Manager. The person appointed to the role will have prior experience of the following: Demonstrable experience in establishing, implementing and improving process-based management systems. Experience in performance management and benchmarking techniques. Experience of leading, engaging and motivating teams and individuals at all levels. Working knowledge of ISO 9000 Standard and National Highway Sector Schemes. |
