Roles/responsibilities
· To deliver the technical product development of Care & Treats Innovation and Renovation projects.
· To work seamlessly with Central & Local Marketing, Packaging Innovation, Industrialisation, Applied Science & Innovation, Operational R&D and Commercial etc. to establish required targets and key routes of implementation.
· To develop from initial concept product solutions which deliver to defined consumer & customer benefits.
· To ensure product solutions deliver to business model as part of segment strategy.
· To provide input and be guardian of relevant product key business data.
· To lead or support industrialisation of product solutions at designated sites
· To act as product custodians for Dog & Cat products in the Care & Treats portfolio.
· To provide high quality formal and informal communication on progress of projects.
· To be informed of technological, innovation trends, especially in our segment, competitive set, trade customers, equipment suppliers and be able to match & apply to development projects.
· To manage Intellectual Property risks & opportunities derived from projects proactively.
· To be effective in project and risk management and lead/influence business on complex projects.
· To interface with R&D at Care & Treats sister units across the world to facilitate transfer of best practice.

Roles/responsibilities
· To deliver the technical product development of Care & Treats Innovation and Renovation projects.
· To work seamlessly with Central & Local Marketing, Packaging Innovation, Industrialisation, Applied Science & Innovation, Operational R&D and Commercial etc. to establish required targets and key routes of implementation.
· To develop from initial concept product solutions which deliver to defined consumer & customer benefits.
· To ensure product solutions deliver to business model as part of segment strategy.
· To provide input and be guardian of relevant product key business data.
· To lead or support industrialisation of product solutions at designated sites
· To act as product custodians for Dog & Cat products in the Care & Treats portfolio.
· To provide high quality formal and informal communication on progress of projects.
· To be informed of technological, innovation trends, especially in our segment, competitive set, trade customers, equipment suppliers and be able to match & apply to development projects.
