Probate and Estates Solicitor Location: Bristol Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 Our Client is a forward thinking, up to date and modern firm who are at the forefront of the developing legal market. They are currently seeking a Probate and Estates Solicitor who has an excellent track record and vast experience in dealing with Probate and Estates from conception to conclusion. The right candidate can be assured that my client will invest heavily into their development with the firm. Not only do they recognise expertise, skills and professionalism, they value outstanding professional: your enthusiasm, dedication, approachability and going the `extra mile` is second nature if you are to make a successful candidate. Responsibilities: On a daily basis you will be dealing with probate and estate administrations and on occasion of a higher level of complexity, Taxable Estates or Complex matters including Business or Agricultural Property and foreign assets. Furthermore you will not be expected to manage my clients business development or be pressurised by financial responsibility, leaving the candidate to focus completely on the legal aspect of the role. There will be minimal supervision but a `Buddy mentoring Scheme` is in place to help develop each candidate. skills: Newly Qualified Solicitor or ILEX equivalent and experience in probate would be advantageous. Our client will also look at non qualified experienced staff in the area of Probate and estates Maintain excellent client focus throughout. Ability to understand contentious issues within the Probate and Estates practice area. Excellent ability to learn and understand information and communicate it to others in a clear and precise manner and to a variety of levels. Up to date understanding of IT systems and legal database systems will of an advantage Flexible attitude, an enquiring mind, attentive to detail with a willingness to accept new challenges and ability to manage own time effectively are essential whilst it is vital the you are able to work well within a team to all levels.
