| Personal Injury Solicitor Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Our client is looking for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitors to assist an Associate Partner. You will be joining an up beat team who is passionate about the law and in providing clients with the very best legal advice and guidance Responsibilities: To assist an Associate Partner with a caseload of motor claims (90%) and EL/PL claims (10%) Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task Working alongside the exiting team to provide an excellent opportunity to work on high profile, high value cases Reporting directly to an associate partner and will work with other senior colleagues on a team basis as well as individually Skills Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE experience in handling own Personal Injury Caseload Successful candidate must have prior experience of litigation, multi-track and high value claims Experience of EL / PL is an advantage, but not essential. You should have a willingness to develop knowledge further within this area Candidates from both claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered but defendant background an advantage. Excellent analytical and organisational skills, working to a consistently high standard in a strongly team-focused environment It is important that the successful applicant have excellent client care skills and communication skills, as these roles will involve assisting with client communications and liaising with other professionals such as medical professionals |
