| Serious Injuries Solicitor Location: Glasgow Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Our client is currently looking for a Technically excellent Personal Injury Solicitor who has experience of handling Serious Injury Multi-Track Claimant files. This is a forward thinking firm who are renowned for their warm and friendly environment whose teams are made up of specialist and talented lawyers Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of serious personal injury claims Caseloads will include files with injuries such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, fatalities and serious orthopaedic injuries You are expected to act at all times in the best interests of the Client Ensuring that all of the work carried out is of the highest standard To actively participate in the marketing and business development of the client Skills: You will need to be a Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience of dealing with serious injury cases It is essential that your previous files included complex high value and or high profile matters within Personal Injury Good knowledge of liability and quantum issues It is expected that the right candidate have high technical ability with particular regards to injuries of the utmost severity including fatalities, and willingness to keep up to date with legal developments. Excellent Computer and IT skills Excellent communications and negotiation skills with excellent organisation |
