| Uninsured Loss Recoveries Litigator Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 Location: Cardiff A Modern Leading Practice is seeking a Litigator to join their recoveries Team in Cardiff. You will be working as an Uninsured Loss Recoveries Litigator with a practice that will offer you development and progression, investment and most of all, job satisfaction Responsibilities The opportunity will provide the chance to assist with the supervision, monitoring and development of the junior members of the ULR Team Working and assisting on both Small and Fast Track within the ULR Team, managing a workload of files, in accordance with the instructions of the Team Leader It is expected that all Litigators will act in the best interests of the Claimant at all times You will be expected to manage and record you time allocated to files accurately and ensure that all payments made and received are accurately The nature of the role will require filing which is supported b the firm`s modern and bespoke Case Management system You will be working in a close team under your supervisor`s authority Skills The successful Candidate will require at least 2 years experience of Road Traffic Accident claims while experience in credit hire will be preferable knowledge of liability and quantum issues are essential You should possess excellent client focus and be able to present yourself professionally at all times to a variety of people The ability to work to deadline with strict focus and time management skills is also a must have requirement Knowledge of computer systems is desirable |
