A truly unique London agency, with a global reach, requires a Head of Analysis to lead research operations for their Social Media and Word of Mouth client offerings. <br/> <br/> The agency is based in the heart of London`s busy West End, an area where London`s social scene is at its most creative and an ideal place for an agency that specialises in word of mouth and social media strategies. They listen to conversations off and online and understand what consumers are saying about leading brands. By working closely with brands, the agency will find the conversations that matter on blogs, social networks, microblogs and media sharing sites - and use this information to advise on new strategies that will allow their clients to develop their relationships with customers, and ultimately improve revenue streams. <br/> <br/> This opportunity for a Head of Analysis is a key hire for the business. The role will bring together their research and analytical operations and provide the successful candidate with a talented team of analysts and researchers experienced in researching consumer attitudes to brands across the whole of social media. <br/> <br/> Principal responsibilities will include, <br/> <br/> - Leading and managing a team of researchers and analysts <br/> - Ensuring ongoing training and development <br/> - Presenting and researching data for clients <br/> - Explaining / developing methodologies in a rapidly changing environment <br/> - Developing new ways of providing measurement within social media environments <br/> - Improving procedures and processes <br/> <br/> You will need to offer a strong background in market research and an in-depth understanding of social media, including how it works and the extent to which it can impact major brands. You will think quickly and have the ability to respond to real-time research and articulate important information to the client whilst realising its real-time impact. <br/> <br/> If you have a questioning and analytical mind, love international travel and have the passion and desire to succeed within the Social / Digital Media space, this opportunity should be investigated further.
