| Accounts and Tax Manager required Up to £35,000 per annum Cardiff Duties will include- ? Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, for SMEs to small sole traders, providing an excellent grounding and technical knowledge of an array of trading industries ? Presenting accounts to company directors, addressing any concerns they have on their business and providing full analysis and advice on financial and tax matters ? Managing and training colleagues to ensure all statutory deadlines are met for clients ? Provide advice on payroll and CIS matters ? Dealing with HM Revenue & Customs investigations or appeals and ensuring that the matters are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner ? Reviewing accounts and tax returns prepared by juniors and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement of staff ? Responsible for the preparation or reviewing and submitting of tax returns for clients, including Self-Assessment Tax Returns, P11D Returns, VAT Returns, Monthly CIS Returns and Corporation Tax Returns ? Regular management accounts preparation ? Involvement on business sales and acquisitions ? Involvement in tax planning for client to ensure they are getting added value services |
