As a jobsite Jobmax carries jobs from third party recruiters and direct employers, giving you, the applicant, more choice and a better chance of finding that dream role. Jobmax is unable to verify the job content of roles offered by third parties, and all communications regarding a third party role will need to be addressed directly with the recruiter concerned, not Jobmax.

Scam Jobs: Please beware of jobs that sound too good to be true - they probably are - be particularly cautious of homeworking offers. Beware of recruiters with hotmail or gmail accounts - reputable recruiters will have their own domain name. NEVER PAY MONEY OR GIVE BANK DETAILS OR YOUR NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER up front. Job finding services for candidates are FREE in the UK - that is the law

Why Register?

You can browse the site without registering - as many times as you like - however if you wish to apply for a job you will be invited to register your details. Once done you have access to a range of tools which help you manage and track your job applications, maximising your efforts - and you only have to register once to allow you to apply for as many jobs as you like. You can return at any time to amend or delete your details once you have found a job - easy!

Currently CV details are not available for viewing by recruiters, mainly to safeguard your privacy, but you can opt to be informed by email of new jobs that are of interest. The site receives hundreds of jobs a week. Being registered for jobs by email means you have a chance to view and apply to jobs as soon as they are posted, getting you in the front of the queue. Jobs by RSS will keep you updated automatically of any changes to your chosen sectors.

The site also has a Career Tools section with some helpful information and advice on Interview preparation, CV writing with links to a professional CV writing company, advice on Psychometric testing and Assessment Centres, and an opportunity to test yourself through myDiscus to see what the employers will see, and gain valuable insight into the way you present yourself in work mode
